as the country just released this photo of ruler kim jong un meeting with his generals. just yesterday troops rallied in north korea supporting his decision to put missile units on stand by to attack u.s. military bases. u.s. officials say the latest threats are nothing more than talk. well, there has been a tragic accident that has left a member of the elite's seal team six dead and another injured. they were doing routine free fall training at a base in arizona when the two men collided mid-air. they were rushed to the hospital. one died his name has not been released. stable condition this morning. the military is investigating this accident. nearly 3 dozen georgia educators, including a former superintendent, indicted in one of the nation's largest test cheating scan tells. the indictment claims that atlanta public school employees conspired to conceal sheeting or even retaliate against whistle blowers in an effort to bolster standardized test scores. 2011 state investigation found cheating on test by nearly 180 educators in 44 atlanta schools. clayton, tell us what's happening in sports.

't get any weirder, it does. here's kim jong-un palling around with dennis rodman one week and threatening pre-emptive war the next. we're trying to figure out what this means. he's a young untested leader. is part of an attempted test, the strength of the new president of south korea? is it, you know, some kind of an internal power move? does he need to show that he's a tough guy to his generals who at the end of the day are the military backbone of the regime? that's part of the puzzle. but at the end of the day, it won't mean anything more than this. for the first time, china has really from the start been on board with sanctions against north korea. they helped draft this resolution which tells you just how annoyed they are at north korea. they have, to a certain extend supported it in providing it with fuel and food and this seems to be the straw that broke china's back. >> yeah, because that is pretty significant because china together with the united states, all the other members of the u.n. security council, they are on board because in the past the chinese were the
